How to Plan a Corporate Fun Day with Inflatables
From guest numbers to a sample timetable, here is how to plan a staff fun day that everyone joins in.

A corporate fun day lives or dies on two things: short queues and something worth watching. Here's how we help companies plan theirs.
1. Start with guest numbers
As a guide, plan roughly one attraction per 50–75 guests. Mix races that take several players at once – assault courses, bungee runs, inflatable games – with one or two crowd-pullers such as Wipeout, a Gladiator duel or the rodeo bull.
2. Check space, power and access
Send us a site plan or photos. Each product page lists its size; allow room around each one for mats and queues. Most attractions need a 13 amp socket, and we can supply generators where there's no power.
3. Decide who supervises
Add our operators so your team can join in – rodeo bulls always come with an operator.
4. Sort the paperwork early
Venues and safety officers usually ask for insurance, risk assessments and inspection details. We follow the PIPA scheme and send everything once you've booked.
5. Sample timetable
- Morning: our crew set up and safety-check everything.
- Late morning: open play on games and courses.
- Afternoon: team heats on the assault course and bungee run.
- Finale: Wipeout final and prizes.
